Outside my normal activities, like cycling and watching so Dutch TV, I was busy with building some “none” Lego builds. The first one was the Artemis launching Platform, after that I build the Harry Potter Hogsmeade village, the small Lego build of “Lord of the Rings” “Smeagol & Deagol” and the small build of Lego Star Wars Yoda was done. It was also time for my Immigrations 90-days report and I was glad that I could do that one by the Internet.

Garden fruits, rainy season and more…
In June Siripron made the third and fourth batch of mango compote. She cuts the mango in small pieces and crushes the pieces in a blender. After that the pulp is heated on a charcoal pot. Then she has to stir a long time in the heated pot until the mass gets “thick” enough. We had now more than 30 pots of mango compote. Siripron also “killed” already 2 big jack fruits and the first one was so big that we had to give many away to family, friends and neighbors. There are still more jack fruits to come but the mango trees are almost empty.
The first part of June we had some days/nights with enough rain but now it’s only sun with some clouds. So, yes it was “easy” for cutting the grass in the garden but for the rice field we need much more rain. Now every day we have to give at least the flowers in pots enough water otherwise they will die. On the rice field Siripron has many work, like removing the grass and she also planted rice in some open parts.

At the end of June there are always 2 celebrations for us. On 24 June is our marriage anniversary and at 30 June Siripron has her Birthday. This year we celebrated both on Sunday 28 June with a family dinner. The main course was minced duck meat and as an alternative there were spring rolls and BBQ big shrimps.
Other things that happened:
– I went for lunch & shopping to Kham Ta Kla.
– 3 June Queens Day in Thailand
– The Birthdays of niece Eye and of nephew IQ.
– We helped Benz with paying for his car service and repairs on his motorbike.
– My new Dutch passport is ready, to get that one I have to send my old one..
