In May I always go for my eye check-up, so on 14 May I went to Bangkok Hospital in Udon Thani. My eye-sight was still the same but my cataract was a little more present. With me I had my e-bike and the 2 wheels of the spare bike. At the bike shop they changed the tires of 3 wheels (inside & out) and they did a chain and break clean-up. I bought a spray for chain cleaning & maintenance, and I bought a new tire pump.

Udon, HP shelves, rain and more…

After finishing the Harry Potter Diagon Alley I searched for a place to put it and then decided that all Harry Potter builds had to go to a new cabinet/shelfs. So, I ordered it on Lazada and after moving all the stuff there was in the house also space for my coming new builds, the Artemis rocket and the TinTin moon rocket.
The first part of May it was clear that rainy season started with some rainy days and some rain in the night. But the last 2 weeks of May the rain clouds didn’t find their way to our surroundings. But that gave me the change to cut the grass around the house. For our garden the mango’s are getting ripe, one of our lamyai (logan) trees is also giving fruits and there will be jackfruit. Siripron is planning to make the first batch of mango “jam” (compote) at the beginning of June.
For the Virtual challenges I finished walking/steps Amsterdam, Barcelona and The Appalachian Trail. The last one was a year walking & steps and the new one for that is the Pacific Crest Trail. For cycling I’ve completed the last Viking challenge and started the long version of Madagascar. The new walking/steps challenge is the Loire Valley.
Other things that happened:
– Siripron went to the cremation of family of Nong.
– 4 May was Coronation Day.
– I now clean every month the aircon filters (many dust).
– 13 May was Farmers Day.
– Our septic tanks had to be cleaned again.
– 31 May was Visakha Buddha Day (a very important Buddha Day).
– Siripron is busy at the rice field (feeding & controlling the water flow).
