At the beginning of July I ordered an E-bike conversion of my revived Java Delta Mountain bike. This bike is already a combination between my original Java Delta and a bike that I bought for the parts, so other wheels and shock absorbers. Because the bike was not 100% I ask the shop also for a complete check-up and I wanted a butterfly handlebar. On 15 July we’ve send the bike by Post to Bangkok and the following week Bangkok E-Bike did the conversion, changed a break wheel, replaced the gear cassette + the chain and the handlebar to a butterfly one. On 23 July I received photos and a video of the new combination and 1 day later the bike was sent back to me…

Bike, Weather, Rice field and more…

After the many rains in June July did his best to win with the amount of water. I was lucky to have 2 weekends where it was dry enough the cut the grass in the garden. For her rice field Siripron had to register the water damaged a few times because the Government will support the local farmers of which the already planted rice died. The boss of our part of the village had to take photos with the farmers on their rice field.
So yes, on the lower part of the rice field the rice plants died but at the end of July it was time to plant the small rice plants on the higher parts. We had to buy the small rice plants because brother Den his rice plant cultivation died. First a tractor had to loosen the soil and after that the family helped each other with planting. Siripron was almost every weekend a day at the rice field for preparing and checking.
And what I did when the bike was away… Now, until 14 July I could do the normal combination of cycling and indoor cycling. After that it was only the at least 15 km on my Indoor recumbent bike and I’ve started building the last 2 (none) Lego sets. The Typewriter is almost finished, but is missing parts (I’ve ordered a very cheap one for the missing parts) and the PAC-MAN Arcade is now under construction.
Other things that happened:
– An aunt died and Siripron went with Warunee to pay their respect.
– We now have to empty our septic tanks every month.
– The lamyai on our tree is almost finished, we gave many away.
– 10 July was the start of the 3 months with Buddha Days.
– Benz replaced a broken water tap in our indoor kitchen.
– On 21 July we have a Birthday dinner of sister Warunee.
– 28 July Birthday King Rama X Vajiralongkorn.
– I went again to Kham Ta Kla for lunch and shopping.
– Siripron has to do her own overtime for at least 3 months.
